I know some of you inexplicably enjoyed Gila Monster way back in March. You may be interested to know that while we were together there was a lot of talk between us about doing black metal side projects. Although Eddie (the one that didn't screech at people) hasn't recorded anything for his yet, I (the one that did screech at people) have just finished the second demo for my project. You should totally go and listen to it, and then viciously criticise my admittedly non-existent playing and production skills.

Think of it as the Frasier to Gila Monster's Cheers. But quality-wise, it's probably more like Wings. That means Eddie has to produce the Frasier project though, and that's a lot of pressure.

Semi-related story: I went to a zoo the other day and saw an actual Gila Monster.

It was not nearly as threatening as your music suggests.

The Sci-Fi Diner is just amazing. At each Gila Monster performance I just imagined I was there, and it got me into the zone.
