A similar allegation was expressed by the weekly newspaper Zeit in the same year. In an article titled The Dark Shadow of '68, it was alleged that, during a photo shoot, the photographer Will McBride had praised a boy for his erection. McBride promptly demanded the right to reply, and the witnesses Zeit named distanced themselves from the slander. The CDU application for indexing was turned down for the third time. The Authority noted that it was difficult to revise a former sentence, as nothing has changed in the book.
