Description

Agatha Christie also wrote romance novels under the pseudonym Mary Westmacott, and was occasionally published under the name Agatha Christie Mallowan.

I do recommend the audiobook narrated by Hugh Fraser and Christopher Lee. It was a pleasure reading the book while listening to the actor’s impersonation.

The youngest of three children of the Miller family. The Millers had two other children: Margaret Frary Miller (1879–1950), called Madge, who was eleven years Agatha's senior, and Louis Montant Miller (1880–1929), called Monty, ten years older than Agatha. Dermot West tries to explain the concept to a group of people at a dinner party as a premonition he sometimes feels before he's in danger. When one of the guests, Sir Arlington, tells him it's all hogwash, Raymond tells of the time his Red Signal warned him before he was almost killed in Mesopotamia. Agatha Christie's Witness for the Prosecution is a definitive and long-standing part of immersive theatre. Witness for the Prosecution began as a short story in 1925 and then became a successful stage play after premiering on 28 October 1953 at the Winter Garden Theatre, produced by Sir Peter Saunders. Christie’s gripping drama has been performed all over the world, from London's West End to Broadway, and has been a hit for years in both professional and amateur productions. Developed with the support and involvement of the Christie family, Lucy Bailey directs the new production to place audiences in the centre of the action within the courtroom.

There is not a cloakroom at this venue; bags that do not fit comfortably under a single seat will not be permitted. BUT then later it was expanded upon and turned into the novella, Dead Man's Mirror. You can find that one in the Murder in the Mews collection. Witness for the Prosecution was adapted as a play by Agatha Christie. The play opened in London on 28 October 1953 at the Winter Garden Theatre, produced by Peter Saunders, and directed by Wallace Douglas. The premiere cast included Derek Blomfield as Leonard Vole, Patricia Jessel as Romaine Vole, and David Horne as Sir Wilfrid Robarts.
