Don't know where you get your Chinese from but I'd be getting it from somewhere else because this just tastes like spicy(medium) flour. But regardless, providing you choose a container that can be sealed, your curry sauce should freeze without issue. I think you could improve the sauce with various additions, going forward I’ll be using it as a base. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you always read the actual product label carefully before using or consuming any product.
