Whilst the grounds criticise the Judge in relation to allegations of failure to properly consider Appendix FM, there is no challenge of merit to the Judge’s findings in relation to the existence of insurmountable obstacles to family life continuing outside the UK. The state is made up of two halves, in north Goa the golden beaches are brimming with working fishermen, sunshades and vendors. By contrast, south Goa comprises secluded coves and stretches of sugary sand boarded by swinging palm trees. Take a guided tour of Goa with a local resident I found at the hearing the Judge dismissed the appeal on asylum and Humanitarian Protection grounds. This conclusion was not challenged before me.
